Decap Die-Heavy Duty

Use RCBS Decapping dies to quickly remove primers from cases prior to cleaning. The Decap Die .22-.25 will handle most cases. The Heavy Duty die is designed for use on military primer crimped cases larger than 27 caliber. The inside is wide open so it won't touch the sides of your brass, only the stem and pin are present to give you maximum feel and power to decap the toughest of crimped primers.

If you want to avoid dirty carbon cleanup after decapping, this Decapping Die works great to knock out the primer prior to cleaning for the increased cleanliness on the bench. It also works great on a dedicated secondary press so you can keep your loading and/or sizing press clean and lubricated and free of carbon debris.
