RC Supreme — Toggle Block Installation
Follow these steps in order to remove and replace the Toggle Block on your RC Supreme press. Reassembly is the reverse of removal.

Loosen the set screw at the bottom of the ram. Key 11

Remove the ram pin. Key 10

Slide the ram out. Key 8

Place a punch or drift into the hollow link pin, right Key 4 and punch out the solid pin. Key 3

Remove one 5/8" Nyloc nut from the left side. Key 7

Slide the toggle block off of the toggle block pin. Key 6

Install the new toggle block and reassemble in reverse order.
Reassembly Note
Work through steps 6 down to 1 in reverse order to complete installation. Ensure the set screw at the bottom of the ram is fully tightened before returning the press to service.
